The Medivet Group has now completed the roll-out of its leading-edge practice management system, comprising 85 branches and 730 staff. The bespoke software system, designed and built by Linksfield working in close partnership with Medivet over the past 3 years, covers all aspects of the veterinary group's day-to-day practice management, and leverages cutting-edge Microsoft technology and IT infrastructure to ensure that all branches can both operate independently as well as share information instantly across the entire group and Head Office. In addition to the traditional client and pet management functions, the system also provides electronic hospital sheet management and digital integration with insurance companies and other providers in the veterinary supply chain, as well as sophisticated reporting.
